Ashridge Group seeks an experienced Facilities & Security Operations Manager to lead the delivery of facilities and security services across its portfolio. You will oversee contracts, manage operations teams, and drive performance while ensuring safety and compliance.

Reporting to senior management, you will optimise hard services delivery, manage budgets, and foster high-performing teams across multi-site environments. NEBOSH IOSH is preferred; strong leadership required.
