The role of the County Council as provided for in law is to represent, lead and serve the communities of Fingal.

An opportunity now exists in Fingal County Council for the position of Senior Executive Quantity Surveyor.

Job Summary/Description:

Fingal County Council is seeking to fill a post of Senior Executive Quantity Surveyor. This post is for a full-time position in the Architect's Department, which is responsible for ensuring provision of a high level of Architectural Services consisting of architectural design, conservation, urban design and building procurement and quantity surveying services to all departments of Fingal County Council.

The Department has a varied pattern of work with a renewed emphasis on the provision of new social and affordable housing in line with government policy. In addition, it has a primary role in devising and implementing programmes to best use Fingal County Councils existing housing stock. The department also works on public and community buildings.
