Position Summary

Assist in administrative work on research related matters and general office administration. May be required to work outside normal hours occasionally. The post is on a 2 3 year fixed term basis with potential renewal.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive support to department leadership.
• Coordinate and manage research administration tasks.
• Perform general office administration and ad hoc/non routine tasks.
• Assist with scheduling, correspondence and documentation.
• Prepare reports and presentations as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of experience, preferably in research administration at a tertiary institution or public/quasi public organization.
• Strong sense of responsibility, positive attitude, ability to work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure.
• Good command of English and Chinese; preferably fluent in Putonghua.
• Effective interpersonal, organisational skills and appropriate IT proficiency.

Additional Information

Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience, plus annual leave and medical benefits. Applicants may also be considered for the Executive Assistant role if less experienced.
