Senior Events Manager - 12-Month Maternity Cover

Start Date: EarlySeptember 2025
Location:Central London (Hybrid: 3 or 4 days in the office)
Salary:Circa £60,000
Contract:Fixed Term - 12 Months

About the Role

As the Senior Events Manager, you'll be central to delivering four of the most high-profile international events, for up to 350 people.

The person who heads up the team is fantastic and they work really collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end planning and deliveryof flagship international events (US & EU)

  • Manage event production -stage design, AV, CAD layouts, venue coordination

  • Partner with theexternal production agency(briefing, scoping, execution)

  • Negotiate contracts and ensurebudget ownership

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for sign-off and approvals

  • Oversee evening event experiences in collaboration with another Event Manager

  • Manage relationships with venues -logistics, F&B, floor plans, H&S, build

  • Ensure onsite stage management and seamless event execution

Ideal Candidate Profile

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Strong project managementexperience across international events

  • A passion forproduction, staging, and AV(venue CADs, stage builds, tech liaison)

  • Confident stakeholder management and cross-functional communication

  • Strong attention to detail and calmness under pressure

  • Experience managingexternal production agenciesto brief

  • A background inlogistics, venue liaison, health & safety, and full lifecycle delivery
