Senior EUC Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking to recruit an experienced Senior EUC Engineer with a wealth of experience providing 2nd and 3rd line support to Microsoft EUC environments and being a genuine SME in the O365 applications suite. The role will primarily involve providing 3rd line support (some 2nd line) and project work.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide second and third line support for Microsoft EUC environments.
• Serve as SME for Office 365 applications.
• Implement Intune solutions including autopilot and application packaging.
• Engage in project work related to EUC deployments.
• Mentor and lead a small specialist EUC support team.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Microsoft EUC and Office 365.
• Proficiency in Intune, Active Directory, SCCM.
• Knowledge of Apple iOS is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid role requiring six days per month at our client's office in Brighton.

Team & Leadership

Work as part of a small specialist EUC support team, acting as technical lead and mentor.
