Senior Estimator - CAT A/B Fit Out & Refurb (£250k-£10m)

Rogers McHugh in Manchester is seeking an experienced Estimator for CAT A and CAT B fit out and refurb projects. You will price multiple tenders from enquiry through submission, with ownership of the tender process and close collaboration with clients and suppliers.

The role covers take-offs, labour/material/subcontractor costs, value engineering, and tender meetings. You will work across office fit outs and commercial spaces, and report to the commercial team while maintaining tender records.
