Senior Estates Manager: Historic Parklands Lead

The Royal Parks is seeking a Senior Estates Manager to oversee property-related matters across our historic estate in London. You will help deliver an effective estate management function and work with the Head of Estates and our Legal team on high-profile agreements.

You will line manage up to three Estates Managers, visit each park to understand the full estate, negotiate utilities and other agreements, and procure a new property management database to ensure best value.
