Senior Essentials Buyer: Strategy, Sourcing & Leadership

Topps Group in Leicester is seeking a senior buying leader to deliver the Essentials product range and sourcing plan, reporting to the Head of Buying. You will shape the category strategy and manage supplier performance to maximise value and range relevance for customers.

As a senior team member you will develop and mentor Junior Buyers, collaborate across supply chain, merchandising and finance, and drive cost-efficiency while maintaining ethical sourcing.
