Senior ER Strategist - UK & Ireland

Expedia Group in London is seeking an experienced Employee Relations professional to handle a broad caseload across the UK & Ireland. You will support performance management, investigations, and reorganisations, while partnering with Legal, HR Operations and Payroll.

You will coach managers, apply UK employment law, analyse ER data, and contribute to global ER initiatives within a flexible in-office model requiring presence in London several days a week.
