Senior ER Partner - Global HR Strategy & Investigations

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Partner to act as a strategic partner to Global HRBPs and Global Employment Law Teams. You will advise managers on performance management, conduct investigations, mitigate risks, and support global ER process improvements.

You'll lead investigations, ensure data integrity in ER case management, and partner with COEs to drive consistent ER programs and employee experience enhancements worldwide.
