Senior ER Governance Lead (12-Month FTC)

Flutter UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Governance Manager to oversee ER governance, documentation and policy management across the organisation. You will ensure data accuracy, reporting and administration, while supporting ER projects and occasional casework.

You will liaise with Legal, HR Compliance and People Partners to keep practices compliant and efficient, with a strong emphasis on governance, transparency and process improvement.
