Senior Engineer SoC Architecture (f/m/div)

As a Senior SoC Architect, you will join an experienced team of concept engineers in the Power and Sensor System (PSS) division of Infineon Dresden. We are looking for your profound chip level design experience and interpersonal skills to shape the next generation of SoC products. You will translate application requirements into SOC architectures and IP concepts. You will work with various design teams to turn them into reality.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Shaping the future of Systems on Chip (SoCs) at Infineon
• Specification of architectures for IP, Subsystems and SoC
• Selection of standard components and definition of differentiating components
• Hardware- and virtual prototyping of ICs
• Working with various internal and external experts (e.g. application, analog/digital/mixed-signal, software)

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A solid technical background based on a degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics or similar
  
• At least 5 years of professional experience in several of the following domains:
  • Digital and/or analog circuit design and verification
  • Embedded microcontroller systems
  • Platform bases development
  • System on chip architectures
  • FPGA and virtual prototyping
• A passion for technology and exceptional creativity
• Very good communication skills to collaborate with team members, experts and management
• Fluent English skills
