Senior Engineer Dublin Location: Dublin Job Type: Permanent Project Value: €100m+ Project Duration: Approximately 30 months We are currently looking to speak with experienced Senior Engineers for a major residential development in Dublin. The project is valued at over €100m and will run for approximately 30 months, giving you the opportunity to work on a significant development from early stages through to completion. The scheme comprises a mixture of new-build houses and RC frame apartment blocks, making this a great opportunity for an engineer with strong residential experience who is looking to work on a large and technically challenging project. The Role As Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the project from a technical perspective, working closely with the Project Manager, Site Management and wider design team. Key responsibilities will include: Setting out and surveying across the development Managing technical queries and resolving issues on site Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical information Coordinating with the design team, subcontractors and site management Ensuring works are carried out in line with drawings and specifications Monitoring quality and ensuring construction is delivered to the required standards Supporting the planning and sequencing of works Maintaining accurate site records and documentation About You We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer with a strong background in residential construction, ideally with experience across both houses and RC frame apartment schemes.
