Senior Engineer - Stapolin - North Dublin €75,000- €85,000 + Package We are currently recruiting for a Senior Engineer to join a leading residential developer on a major large-scale residential development in Stapolin, North Dublin, delivering a significant mixed-use scheme with hundreds of new homes, commercial space and public realm works. Key Responsibilities • Setting out and overseeing engineering activities on site • Managing subcontractors and coordinating site operations • Ensuring works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and programme requirements • Monitoring quality control and maintaining high construction standards • Assisting with project planning, progress reporting, and site documentation • Supporting the site management team to ensure efficient project delivery • Promoting and maintaining the highest health and safety standards on site Requirements • Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline • Proven experience as a Senior Engineer on large-scale construction projects • Strong setting out and surveying experience • Excellent communication and coordination skills • Ability to manage multiple work fronts and drive programme delivery • Proficient in the use of surveying equipment and relevant software What's on Offer • Competitive salary and benefits package • Long-term career progression opportunities • Exposure to high-profile projects • Supportive and collaborative working environment If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply or get in touch for a confidential discussion
