Senior Engagement Lead - Infrastructure Projects

WSP is seeking an experienced Engagement & Consultation leader to shape how major UK infrastructure projects connect with communities. You will oversee delivery across water, transport, energy and environmental sectors, build strategic client relationships, and drive excellence in engagement practice.

You will lead distributed teams, manage tender opportunities, and develop competency-based training while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
