Senior Employment Counsel - Financial Services (Global)

Fry & Brown seeks a senior employment lawyer to support the business on contentious and non-contentious employment matters, reporting directly to the Group Head of Employment Legal. This is a high-visibility role with influence across the group, including line management of an employment lawyer within the team.

The role involves advising on all aspects of employment law (SMCR and FCA issues), TUPE matters, international projects across EMEA, and training the workforce.
