Senior Employment Counsel - Financial Services

Starling Bank is seeking a Senior Employment Lawyer to support the business on contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Reporting to the group head of employment legal, the role may involve commuting to multiple offices.

The successful candidate will lead and influence the employment legal function across Starling Group, including supervising an employment lawyer, with responsibilities spanning policy, hiring, dismissals, TUPE, and regulatory considerations in financial services.
