Senior Employee Relations Advisor - Strategic ER

Diligenta is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to join the People Function. You will provide high-quality ER service on high-risk employee matters, ensuring thorough, consistent, and proactive action to mitigate risks.

You will lead on escalated casework to ACAS or Employment Tribunal and coordinate tribunal processes with the ER Manager and external counsel. You will also drive updates on changes in employment law, support managers with policy implementation, and deputise for the ER Manager
