Senior EMEA M&A & Legal Entity Leader

Honeywell International Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Counsel for EMEA Mergers & Acquisitions and Legal Entity Management.

This senior role partners with the VP and General Counsel to drive strategic transaction support, entity governance, and simplification across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will own lifecycle management of the EMEA entity structure, manage external counsel, and align deal activity with growth strategy, risk tolerance, and operational efficiency.
