Senior EMEA Customer Programme Lead

Greyparrot is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to own the end-to-end customer experience across EMEA. You will define the operating model, playbooks, and milestones, coordinating Implementation, Customer Ops, Support and Sales to prevent gaps and ensure successful renewals.

You will report to the VP Operations and shape how the function scales across regions, including collaboration with a US counterpart.
