Position Overview:


We are seeking a hands-on, visionary Senior Electronics Design Engineer to lead the development of advanced electronic systems. You'll take ideas from concept to functional prototype, working on high-voltage power supplies, cutting-edge battery management systems, and intelligent flight control units.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design schematics and multilayer PCB layouts for advanced analog and high-voltage electronic circuits
  • Simulate and analyze complex circuits (e.g., using LTspice or similar tools)
  • Build, test, and validate prototypes independently and collaboratively
  • Perform hands-on validation, testing, and troubleshooting of designs
  • Work closely with mechanical and system engineers to ensure seamless integration
  • Lead design reviews and risk assessments; drive iterative improvements
  • Maintain clear and organized technical documentation throughout the development cycle


Projects You'll Contribute To:

  • Ultra-compact high-voltage step-up power supplies (up to and beyond 100kV)
  • Next-generation high-voltage battery management systems
  • Advanced control systems for innovative propulsion technologies


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong hands-on experience in analog and power electronics, especially high-voltage systems
  • Skilled in schematic capture and PCB layout (experience with Altium Designer is a plus)
  • Proficient in circuit simulation and analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to build, test, and refine hardware prototypes
  • Proactive, self-driven, and solutions-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently in fast-paced environments
  • Formal degree is appreciated but not required with proven expertise
  • Genuine passion for pushing the boundaries of aerospace technology
