Senior Electronics Architect & Team Lead - Defence

Holt Engineering Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Principal Electronics Engineer in the UK to lead electronics design and systems architecture across a team of about 15 engineers. This senior, hands-on role combines deep technical ownership with project leadership, mentoring and R&D.

You will own system-level electrical architectures, drive design standards, and mentor engineers while supporting bids and shaping solutions for defence/industrial applications.
