ID Recruitment are working with a large growing electricalcontracting company with work in Ireland and Europe to recruit a Senior ElectricalQuantity Surveyor. Based in Claremorris, Mayo, the role will report to the companyCommercial Manager and will be responsible for cost controlling and ensuringbudgets are achieved on projects. Main duties and r esponsibilities:

• Support theCommercial manager to ensure all commercial aspects of the projects are managedeffectively
• Responsiblefor cost controlling on projects and ensuring budgets are achieved and finalaccounts are agreed
• Completingtake-offs from tender drawings on the Data Centre & Life Sciences projects
• Site visitspre - tender agreement& during completion of construction
• Develop andmaintain relationships with the client to support operations and maintainpositive relations on behalf of the Company
• Manage thereview of all tender documentation including drawings and specifications

• Relatedqualification in Quantity Surveying
• At least 3 years' experience.
• Good ITskills with competency using Microsoft Excel
• Electricalservices background preferable but not essential
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to developand maintain strong commercial relationships.
