Job Description
Job Requirements 
- Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Min. 8 years of Design experience/ construction industry
- Well verse in local practice, i.e. Code of Practice, Standards and local authority submission
- Knowledge & experience in the process of obtaining TOP/CSC for the projects
- Well verse in Mechanical Design Software, e.g. ASHRAE, E20, Trimble, Trace 700, etc
- Knowledge in Drafting/BIM Software, e.g. AutoCAD, Autodesk REVIT, Naviswork, etc
- Good report writing, communication and presentation skills
- Effective in both English and Mandarin communication, with Mandarin proficiency supporting regular collaboration with Chinese enterprises.
