About Your New Job

• As a Senior EHS Officer,youwill ensure that large-scale construction projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
• Play a key role in promoting a strong safety culture on-site, ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Support the EHS Manager in achieving company objectives, conducting site inspections, leading incident investigations, and driving continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior EHS team members and provide guidance to site management on EHS matters.
• Liaise with authorities, clients, and auditors while delivering EHS training and awareness to site teams.

What Skills You Need

• Degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in a similar EHS role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of Irish health & safety legislation and experience working on large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Previous experience in a senior or lead EHS role.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting systems.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Valid Safepass and Manual Handling certification.
