Senior Ecologist - Lead Ecological Projects & Mentorship

SLR is seeking an experienced Senior Ecologist to join our Ecology team in Bury St Edmunds, delivering high-profile ecological projects across the UK and Ireland. The role focuses on renewable energy, infrastructure and residential development, with exposure to a wide range of sectors.

You will manage projects from inception to completion, mentor junior ecologists, coordinate with planners and other environmental specialists, and contribute to fee proposals and business development.
