Hours of work: Up to 40 Hours Per Week

• The senior EC&I engineer will be responsible for supporting the principal EC&I engineer in delivering one or more design projects or leading small EC&I project tasks with the support of other engineers. These designs will cover the full project life cycle from concept design through to manufacture and commissioning.
• As a EC&I Engineer, you will be involved in a variety of specialist tasks including delivering design project deliverables and producing the required EC&I design documents and drawings to the standards, procedures and requirements set out by the project under supervision.
• Be responsible for the coordination, planning and delivery of designs in accordance with the required standards, procedures and requirements set out by the project.

• Minimum qualification for this role is an HNC or equivalent qualification in electrical or control engineering or similar engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years professional engineering/technical specialist experience.
• Experienced in interfacing with other technical disciplines is desirable.
• Previous experience in a Nuclear Site or highly regulated site.
• Familiarity with AMTECH ProDesign or similar cable calculation software.
• Familiarity with AutoCad design.
• Familiarity with BIM enabled projects.
• Able to gain SC Clearance is required.
