How You'll Make a Difference

• Work closely with the Room Leader to guide and support teams in delivering high quality care and learning experiences, ensuring all activities align with the EYFS framework.
• Assist teams in planning, preparing and implementing engaging activities that promote children's learning, curiosity and development.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families, creating a welcoming, inclusive and supportive environment.

What a Senior Early Years Educator Needs

• At least Level 2 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
