Senior Early Careers Recruitment Strategist

Grant Thornton in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Resourcing Adviser to join our Early Careers recruitment team. You will shape trainee recruitment strategy, own regional hiring targets, and drive end-to-end delivery with a focus on inclusion and candidate experience.

You will split time between hands-on recruitment and strategic projects such as work experience, internships and our Talent Track programmes, partnering with employer branding and RPO teams.
