Daytona Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead on shift operations across venue teams, ensuring safe, efficient race sessions and exceptional customer experiences. You will monitor race control, coordinate departments, and uphold high standards of service and safety.

The role requires strong people leadership, excellent communication, and hands on decision making in a fast paced, live motorsport environment. A 40 hour week on a rota, including weekends, is typical.
