Senior Dutch Speaking HR Advisor

We re looking for an experienced and people-focused Senior HR Advisor (Dutch Speaking) to join a busy, multilingual HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You ll play a key role in delivering high-quality HR support to Dutch-speaking employees across the business, combining your knowledge of local employment legislation with a practical, hands-on approach to HR operations.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone confident in managing queries, streamlining processes, and guiding others, all while being part of a collaborative and service-driven environment.
What You ll Be Doing:
- Act as the first point of contact for HR queries from Dutch-speaking team members across the region
- Resolve a variety of HR-related enquiries across payroll, policy, and case management, using multiple internal systems
- Provide tailored advice to managers and employees in line with Dutch employment law and company policies
- Work alongside colleagues to review service performance, spot trends, and suggest improvements to ways of working
- Support knowledge-sharing by delivering short, focused training sessions to improve HR understanding across the business
- Coach fellow team members and contribute to embedding process updates within the team
- Create and maintain helpful internal resources, such as manager guides and intranet content
- Play a key role in team-wide communication, supporting the development and delivery of regular business updates
What You ll Bring:
- Fluency in Dutch and English (both spoken and written)
- Strong working knowledge of Dutch employment law and its practical use in an HR setting
- Experience in a high-volume HR or shared services environment
- Confidence to give accurate, consistent advice on policies and workplace issues
- Ability to manage and triage queries, while maintaining a high level of service
- Strong interpersonal skills you ll work with both HR colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
- A proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance service delivery
- Ideally, you ll hold a recognised HR qualification (such as CIPD) or equivalent experience
