Senior Due Diligence Analyst

A superb opportunity to join the due diligence team of an established international business, offering specialist support to a key client with a focus on custody and fund services! This role involves customer onboarding, client due diligence and supervisory responsibilities, working within a high-performing team that values initiative and process improvement.

Location Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Reviewing client data and CDD documentation for all data subjects.
• Managing onboarding processes and ensuring accurate documentation collection.
• Acting as a signatory and ensuring risk-rated reviews are completed to agreed standards.
• Providing mentoring and support to team members on onboarding and compliance requirements.
• Monitoring communication workflows to meet regulatory and client service expectations.
• Participating in process evolution and providing feedback to support best practices.
• Completing other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have strong working knowledge of Guernsey's regulatory landscape with respect to client onboarding, CDD and risk profiling. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is experience using digital tools for compliance workflows. Applicants must be able to work to deadlines, demonstrate initiative, and take a proactive approach to process improvement.
