Johnsons Cars is seeking a Divisional Sales Manager to support the Franchise Director across Hyundai, Ford and Suzuki brands. This high-profile leadership role will drive sales performance, develop people and embed consistent standards across a large division with multiple dealerships.

You will lead senior sales professionals, coach Sales Managers and executives, analyse KPI dashboards and implement action plans to maximise enquiry conversion, profitability and customer satisfaction across the
