Senior Director, Talent Strategy & Organization Design

Expedia, Inc. is looking for a Senior Director, Talent Strategy Partner to shape and deliver talent and organization agendas across divisions. With a strategic and tactical approach, you will ensure the organization has the leadership and capabilities needed to provide world-class travel experiences.

You will partner with HRBP Leaders to build talent strategies, lead succession planning, and utilize data insights to inform talent decisions, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
