Senior Director, Sports & Major Events

Steer is seeking a senior leader to direct our Sports & Major Events team in the UK, driving strategy and delivery for high-profile events. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, engage with key clients, and ensure projects meet objectives and deliver value.

Based in one of our UK offices with travel across the UK and internationally, you will lead complex programs, mentor staff, and represent Steer at industry events to build our footprint.
