• Lead a team responsible for risk management, governance, and control processes for PayPal's SMB Lending business.
• Drive model governance, regulatory compliance, and control effectiveness across global merchant lending operations.
• Develop and implement governance strategies to support business growth while maintaining risk controls.

• 10+ years' experience in governance and risk management, with strong understanding of regulatory frameworks.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Experience in designing and implementing governance frameworks for financial services or lending businesses.
