# Our Privacy Statement & Cookie Policy Thomson Reuters is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Director to lead Global Audit Sales across the UK/I, LATAM, broader Europe, and AEM regions. This high-impact role goes beyond sales leadership, requiring a visionary who can drive market expansion through integrated sales and retention strategies within a matrix environment in close partnership with other functions, such as product, technology and marketing. The successful candidate will oversee regional managers and cross-functional teams, championing innovative audit solutions that support thousands of audit firms and financial institutions globally. About the Role Continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational excellence and customer experience. 10+ years of sales leadership experience, including managing managers and multi-regional teams. Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and ability to influence at all levels. Experience in audit, accounting, or financial services sectors preferred. Ability to lead through change, inspire teams, and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills Global experience: lived in / worked across multiple markets.
