JOB SUMMARY:

This role is responsible for leading all commercial and operational activities outside the U.S. for Blis' international omnichannel business. This role drives international revenue growth by localizing go-to-market strategies and supporting expansion in priority global markets. Overseeing regional sales, customer success, and market execution, the position ensures alignment with headquarters on global omnichannel priorities. The role advocates for regional market needs and partners with functional leaders to adapt strategies for long-term success. Through these efforts, the position enhances Blis' global presence and contributes to sustained business growth.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own revenue performance and market development for the international omnichannel (Blis) business across all non-U.S. regions. 25%


• Integrate and scale international omnichannel teams under a common commercial model and performance culture. 25%


• Serve as the primary voice and advocate for international omnichannel markets in executive-level strategic and planning conversations with HQ teams. 15%


• Localize go-to-market strategies and commercial execution for the omnichannel business based on regional market dynamics. 15%


• Lead and manage international omnichannel sales, partnerships, and account operations teams. 10%


• Participates in other duties or projects as assigned by business management as needed 10%

QUALIFICATIONS:
Educational Requirements:

Work Experience:

• 10+ years International sales, business development, or market expansion leadership roles in the ad tech space. X


• 4-7 years Experience building and scaling teams across regions with diverse customer needs. X


• 4-7 years Proven success localizing go-to-market strategies and managing commercial performance. X

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Global Strategy Strong understanding of international market dynamics and regulatory considerations.
