Senior Digital Marketing Professional

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Professional to join a high-performing EMEA Digital Marketing team focused on Running & Training. This role is ideal for a passionate marketer with a strong digital, brand, or media background who thrives at the intersection of creativity, data, and execution.

You'll play a key role in shaping and delivering impactful digital marketing campaigns that reach and inspire consumers across multiple digital touchpoints.

What you'll do

• Program and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across owned digital channels (web, app, email).
• Partner closely with Digital Marketing Leads to define campaign strategies and approaches.
• Own the campaign run-of-show: from creative briefing through to go-live, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders.
• Work cross-functionally with creative, content, analytics, media, and digital experience teams.
• Represent the voice of the consumer in campaign development and execution.
• Analyze campaign performance, report on results, and identify opportunities for optimisation and innovation.

What we're looking for

• Solid relevant experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, or media.
• Proven experience building and activating digital consumer journeys.
• Strong project management and organisational skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams autonomously.
• Comfortable working in a complex, fast-paced, Matrix environment.
• Data-savvy mindset: able to analyze performance, draw insights, and inform strategy.
• A collaborative, energetic team player with an agile mindset.
• Passion for sport and an understanding of sports culture.
• Familiarity with tools such as Keynote, Airtable, Figma, and analytics platforms.
