Senior Dialysis Quality Matron & Training Lead

Fresenius Medical Care, a leading renal care provider, is seeking a Quality Matron to lead a south region team. You will work with an Area manager to provide senior nursing resource, champion best practice, and support training, audits, and infection prevention.

The role requires an NMC registered nurse with post-registration and haemodialysis exposure, strong administrative and leadership skills, and experience training staff and liaising with regulators. 37.5 hours weekly with travel.
