Senior DevOps Engineer

Senior DevOps Engineer vacancy for our Zug based client in the Pharma sector.

Your tasks:

• Develop and maintain DevOps pipelines, infrastructure and documentation whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory standards for medical software
• Drive the timely delivery of stable, secure and scalable systems, meeting organisational standards and customer requirements
• Enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and performance by prioritising informed decision-making
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous learning
• Empower team members to take ownership of their work and lead by example to foster teamwork and mentorship
• Work independently within guidelines and policies with minimal guidance required

Your experience/knowledge:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a specialised field related to DevOps development or engineering
• Proven experience in DevOps with one or more technologies (eg Git, containerisation, virtualisation, CI/CD pipeline)
• Capability of solving complex issues creatively and effectively using thorough analysis
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills in medical software environments
• Language skills: English
