Senior Device Engineer - FinFET Yield & NPI

Intel Ireland invites experienced Device Engineers to join the Yield department in our advanced technology fab in Leixlip. You will drive power/performance targets, own NPI in production, and develop new device tech with cross-functional teams across engineering, yield and integration.

You will analyze complex device issues, optimize processes, and contribute to cost reduction initiatives while collaborating with Process Integration to meet customer specs and industry-leading reliability.
