Senior Development Planner - London - £65,000 - £80,000 plus package

A Senior Development Planner is urgently required for a high end, high rise London Developer who are committed to the highest standards of design, construction and service.

• Assist the Land team within the Planning department handling a varied range of planning applications for immediate sites that will vary in complexity and in varied locations of zones 2 - 4 in London.
• Contribute to planning policy and promotional work along with detailed development management and delivery across the development process.

• Degree in planning with RTPI accreditation.
• Experience in a Planning Consultancy or a Developer environment.
• Experience with high rise schemes in London.
• Initiative, commitment and commercially minded; good communication and organisational skills.
