• Act as Development Manager on major project delivery, leading the scheme from inception to completion and ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and bring together external and internal departments to drive successful project outcomes.
• Adapt to changes and address issues quickly and effectively to keep projects on track.

• Proven experience as a Development Manager on major/large-scale schemes, preferably in the residential and mixed-use sectors in London.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure schemes meet quality standards and business objectives.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills to navigate changing project requirements.
