Senior Development Management Officer

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Development Management Officer within our award winning Development Management Team in one of London's key growth areas. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic, forward-thinking Development Management Team with a 'best nationally' level of performance. At all levels, you will need to be able to demonstrate a keen interest in town planning, outstanding organisation, be solutions-led and have excellent customer service skills. You will get to work on some of London's most exciting developments.

Be First is a pioneering regeneration company owned wholly by the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham. The Development Management Team, provide independent statutory planning services for LBBD as Local Planning Authority.
