Senior Development Lead - Youth Voice & Community Sport

Access Sport is seeking a Senior Development Manager to lead and grow youth leadership across the UK. You will coordinate with Community Coordinators, Youth Advisors and clubs to embed young people's voices and leadership in delivery.

You will develop practical tools and training from local learning, lead the Youth Board and Regional Youth Voice Groups, and ensure high-quality implementation across regions with national travel as needed.
