Senior Developer Amazon Connect - Den Bosch - 12 months

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Senior Developer Amazon Connect for our client based in Brabant, the Netherlands

Together with your other team members, you will develop the new telephony and conversational chat platform in Amazon Connect.

This CCaaS is built according to the companies' AWS standards (Terraform, Lambda, Java microservices).

You will collaborate with colleagues with expertise in Front End, Back End, and data analysis. You will also consult with other developers and architects within our organization to ensure your solutions fit within the existing AWS landscape.

You're bold, results-oriented, and enjoy working closely with colleagues with different expertise. You have the confidence to drive the development of a comprehensive solution, incorporating input from the organization.

We're looking for an entrepreneurial person with an engineering spirit, someone who's inquisitive and eager to embrace challenges.

Furthermore, you have:

• Higher professional education (HBO) or university-level work and thinking level, preferably a completed degree in software engineering or computer science
• Work experience with the AWS platform (required) and specifically Amazon Connect (required)
• Experience with telephony: data-driven routing, IVR, call center configuration (required)
• Work experience with Terraform and developing Lambda functions, DynamoDB (required)
• Work experience with Java (required), Spring Boot (required)
• Knowledge of DevOps (CI/CD, Test automation)
• Knowledge of working in an Agile environment within a Scrum framework
• Knowledge of Git and GitHub
