Senior Deputy Nursery Manager - Lead EYFS & Team Growth

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd on behalf of a nursery client in Buckinghamshire is seeking a Senior Deputy Nursery Manager. You will join a welcoming team and help deliver high-quality childcare, with strong EYFS oversight and staff development to support growth.

You will oversee planning, maintain records, build partnerships with parents and local authorities, assist with nursery accounts, and lead staff meetings. NVQ3 equivalent, First Aid, safeguarding, and EYFS knowledge are required.
