Senior Delivery Manager - DV Cleared

A Senior Delivery Manager is required to join a growing IT consultancy working on high-profile, secure central government programmes. You'll be given real autonomy to support, coach and lead cross-functional Agile teams, working closely with Product Managers to deliver against clear product visions.

You must have active DV Clearance to be considered for this position.

As a Senior Delivery Manager, you will operate across complex environments, managing commercial relationships, budgets and delivery plans while keeping teams aligned and motivated. You'll be trusted to lead in ambiguity, manage risk and dependency across programmes, and bring clarity to high-risk or high-complexity situations. You'll also play a key role in maturing delivery practices across the organisation, contributing to communities of practice and helping teams grow their Agile capability.

Requirements:

• Strong commercial experience as a Delivery Manager, Programme Manager or Project Manager
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams
• Solid experience in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Strong risk and issue management, with appropriate controls and mitigation strategies
• Experience setting goals, tracking milestones and ensuring delivery outcomes
• Ability to plan across multiple teams and programmes, identifying dependencies
• Excellent communication skills, able to manage senior stakeholders and facilitate difficult conversations
• Experience contributing to bids, statements of work and account commercials
• Comfortable working in Agile environments and championing continuous improvement

Security clearance is essential for this Senior Delivery Manager role - Active DV level clearance is required.

They are offering a salary of £60,000 - £70,000 plus great benefits, and the role is mostly remote working with just 1 day a week working onsite at client offices based in London and South West of England.
