As they scale their data capabilities, they're looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join the team and help unlock audience insights, optimise user experiences, and support innovation across products and platforms.

The Opportunity

You'll work alongside product, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver impactful projects, from recommendation systems and engagement modelling to audience segmentation and A/B testing.

Skills and Experience

• Proficient in Python and SQL , with experience working with large datasets
• Strong understanding of machine learning , statistics, and experimentation
• Experience with A/B testing , user behaviour analysis, or personalisation models
• Ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical teams
